I am the author of more than 20 legal practice guides in the areas of evidence law, motion practice and discovery. My text California Motions in Limine has be republished in multiple states and for federal litigators. I currently work at Chapman University Fowler School of Law where I teach California Motion Practice and am the Director of Communications for the law school. While I no longer actively take new cases, I continue to be licensed in good standing in California and can help find a referral to some of the area's best lawyers and law firms in various practice specialty areas.
