Damian Rockwell Fragoso

Back in March 2018, I retained Damian to represent my daughter. While at the IEP's, he performed well and brought up great points. However, after those meetings, he became mostly unavailable to assist me in dealing with the school. At the end of the school year (June 2018), the school was attempti...ng to stop transportation services, and I had to respond to their email on my own. I've emailed him with questions and concerns, but he doesn't respond. I've scheduled phone call appointments, and he hasn't called me. After multiple promises for a due process draft, he never produced one, and I had to terminate him in January 2019. I wouldn't recommend this law firm.
