I have over 18 years experience in all phases of litigation from complex trials (lasting over six months) to sophisticated legal analysis, litigation management, and contract drafting and negotiations with a reputation for integrity and
perseverance. I believe that personal attention to a clients’ present and future needs is the keystone to a successful relationship.
I specialize in business litigation, civil litigation, construction law, and personal injury. Initially, I focused on the defense of construction defect matters for general contractors and developers, including mold cases. Since then, I have grown taking on numerous business litigation matters as well as personal injury cases.
I am a recognized authority in all areas of construction litigation and transactions, with a particular specialty in representing builders, developers and general contractors. I have spearheaded settlements in various multi-million construction defect cases as well as stop notice construction cases.
