Paloma Lydia Picasso

Prior to becoming an attorney Paloma managed legal claims for several large corporations throughout Orange County, where she established herself as a force in the Risk Management and Insurance fields.  Since becoming an attorney, Paloma has successfully utilized the knowledge and expertise she gained in the defense side for her client’s benefit. Paloma strives to maximize every client’s compensation and is very successful in doing so.

Paloma is thorough, open, and honest when dealing with both clients and opposing parties, she is certain that this makes for an effective representation of her clients interests, and that has gained her the respect of her peers. She acknowledges that each client’s needs are different and, for this reason, she patiently listens to their concerns to understand and address them as best as possible.

Paloma’s ability to communicate with her clients fluently in both Spanish and English allows her to maximize each client’s understanding of the complex legal process and the individualized case action she will use to advocate on their behalf.

She has experience in personal injury, business law, employment law, workers’ compensation, risk management, insurance, wills & trusts, subrogation law, insurance law, and consumer protection.

Paloma received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Whittier Law School and is licensed to practice in the State of California.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Fullerton. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Hispanic Bar Association, Orange County Woman Lawyers Association, and California Woman Lawyers Association.

Aside from her practice, Paloma is a strong advocate of the arts and is a Board Member for various non-profit organizations throughout Orange County.
