Show up at court and turn yourself in. Do not make it so hard. Most judges appreciate the extra effort.

The best I can say on these facts is 16 months to 3 years per count. But again, probation is a possibility. Secure counsel

Yes, if you both agree. BUT, anticipate a bit of questioning from the court as they try to keep siblings together.

No, a "nickel" would result in serving 80% of sentenced crime, as in the vernacular, such is a strike.
Will a juvenile record show up in a DOJ and FBI livescan if the record was sealed? It has been sealed for 5 years.
