Refer to your present orders. If her plans are contrary to those of the orders, she would be in contempt. Contact a family law attorney.

When both parties agree to a change, the court has little problem with it as long as the best interests of the child are served by it.

You should contact the prosecutor and explain yourself. However, it will be up to the prosecutor as to what they will do with your information.
