Sounds like you were convicted as a minor. You need to have those records sealed. Contact the Juvenile clerk.

I would ignore it unless they file suit. They will not file suit as it would not be worth it to them financially.

It can be indicia to the DA but a civil case has a much lower standard of proof and as such, would not come into play in any criminal case arising...
