My bf received a 12month sentence in the dekalb county jail on for criminal attempt (a felony charge). Will he get 2 for 1?

He may be allowed such, but it is not written in stone anywhere and his own conduct while in jail could be dispositive as to length of sentence.

For criminal charges, file a report with the police. As to a civil case, consult with counsel.

The DA need not put on all its evidence at the prelim but must divulge to the defense all evidence, exculpatory included , before trial and soon...

Checking for insurance perhaps, knowing you drove without it in the past. After taking bf in on more than one violation, maybe just nosing around....
