Michael Raymond Gardner

Michael R Gardner has practiced law for over 32 years in and around Orange County, California, with a current emphasis on Bankruptcy, Probate, and Wills and Trusts, areas of law which he has been practicing since the 1980's. 

Additional areas of law he has practiced over the years include but are not limited to entertainment law, corporate (and other business) law, workers' compensation, contracts, intellectual property, family law, civil litigation, personal injury, appeals, state bar defense, and criminal law.

Michael  has been appointed by the Orange County Superior Court to advise the court in matters before the court, and served as an appellate justice on Western State University College of Law's Moot Court, as well as mentored law student externs at the request of Westerns State University College of Law.

Michael has also performed extensive pro-bono services for individuals, and for legal clinics, lectured to university classes and groups on various areas of law, and served as volunteer attorney for OCBA's community Law Day activities.
