He may know all the right people in the right places in Orange County but this is not the case for Riverside County. He knows his stuff, there's no disputing that, but in hind sight I should have hired an attorney that had more experience in working with the Riverside DA's and judges. Ended up doing ...my first prison term for a case that had no injuries, no damages, and had a clear Brady Rule violation by the prosecution. He was unsuccessful in getting my bail reduced from 1 million and between the bail, cost of defense, and time from work it cost me well over 200k.

I was innocent in my case, and he knew it. He didnt care he just wanted me to plead guilty, i know this because i got charged with burglary and grand theft with out even stepping foot in the place. I was extremely disappointed in this attorney's handling of my case, particularly in the preliminary hearing. I felt he failed to include factual information that could easily have responded to and countered the District Attorney's position. He appeared unfamiliar with the specific case law in my s...ituation. I believe he allowed to District Attorney to overwhelm him, which later resulted in my charges being upraded. He did not keep me informed regularly and appeared more concerned about money than my outcome.
