Simon has lived and worked in as diverse jurisdictions as the United Kingdom, Malaysia, India, Dubai and Saudi Arabia and has been integral in handling real estate transactions valued over $400 million, as well as multi-jurisdictional corporate structuring.
Born and raised in England he has an LLB in Business Law and a Masters in Commercial and Corporate Law from the prestigious University College London.
Settled in Southern California, Simon represents businesses and property owners of all sizes and industries from start ups to established businesses with revenues of over $50million.
Simon enjoys (perhaps obsession is more appropriate!) spending time cooking (), as well as socializing, reading, traveling and recently completed the LA Marathon to raise money for charity.
Simon also devotes his spare time to serve on the Boards of non-profits and acts as outside General Counsel to many other Boards.
