Troy Dana Monge

I hired Attorney Monge back in 2014 after not recovering properly from my 4th neck surgery. It took several appeals to finally win my case. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Monge and his office staff kept me up to date on everything I needed to know and be prepared for. It was a long process in my ...case, but I am so very thankful that Attorney Monge kept appealing my case, as the final result was an Notice of Award.

Didn't have the best experience with Troy, at my first appointment with Troy he told me even though I'm clearly disabled my case was not strong enough for him to take on, however he told me there were steps I could take to make my case strong enough, I asked him what those steps were he told me. I be...gan those steps, which took a couple months (all this time I could have been looking for other representation). While doing these steps I tried to keep in touch with his assistant Julian to know exactly what Mr Monge wanted, after getting all those things Mr Monge decides to tell me he still won't represent me. So he basically wasted a lot of my time, now I have less than 2 months to find representation, that's a really bad way of doing business in my opinion, it's so hard for me to go places and do things also, the things he asked me to do were not easy with my conditions, it's as if he doesn't even care.
