Litigation refers to lawsuits between various entities, or lawsuits under contemplation. Will handle cases from before any dispute is present, through investigation, through filing the case, discovery, motions, trial, and post-trial efforts.

Representation of government entities ranging from City, to County, to Police and Sheriffs' Departments, including in-custody matters.

Representation of employers in disputes with current or former employees. Cases range from employees with at-will employment to government employees with memoranda of understanding or collective bargaining agreements.

Focus on defense of lenders and financial institutions. Cases will range from foreclosures to borrower/customer asserted claims under TILA, FDCPA, Rosenthal Act.
