I was referred to Mr. Gray from a retired judge and I had to call the judge back and let him know how horrible Mr. Gray is. Thankfully he won’t be getting any referrals from the retired judge. After over a month of trying to in contact by phone and email he just disappeared. Just cares about getting ...paid and vanishing. My son got nothing out of this.

This firm has handled our family's trust and other legal matters, as required, for as long as I can remember. He has saved us literally millions of dollars in estate and other taxes by his skilful handling of estate planning, trusts and wills. In addition, we call upon him to handle various routine... legal matters as they arise. I've always found him to be trustworthy and responsive and his fees extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Thomas David Gray took over four years to contact me regarding the details of my parent's estate after his death. The accounting was never completed in a timely manner. When I requested a copy of a family member's Last Will and Testament repeatedly, it was never produced or mailed to me. Tom Gray consistently provides income tax information to me about a probate matter AFTER THE IRS DEADLINE OF APRIL 15TH. TOM GRAY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. TOM GRAY IS NOT RESPONSIVE - IT OFTEN TAKES MONTHS TO GET A REPLY TO A LETTER. TOM GRAY IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA . . IF HE WERE HE WOULD NOT CONDUCT HIS LAW PRACTICE IN THE MANNER THAT HE DOES. HIS FILE CLERK, APPARENTLY, IS HIS 80+ YEAR OLD MOTHER. SHE MAY BE THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A FAMILY MEMBER'S "LAST WELL AND TESTAMENT AND OTHER IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENTS" THAT I REQUESTED FROM TOM GRAY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TOM GRAY, J.D. TO ANY PERSON.

Tom Gray was retained by me to draft and administer the estate of my father. His prices for services provided were exorbitant and he was consistently late in producing important information to me following the death of my father. When I wrote letters to him at his office, it would often take hi...m not just weeks to reply to my inquiries but months and sometimes years to get a response. His office staff is curt and often rude when I attempt to phone Tom Gray. The documents that I requested from Tom Gray so that I could have income tax returns completed by my Certified Public Accountant did not get delivered to me until just before April 15th and, sometimes, after the due date for their submission to the IRS. Tom Gray's legal fees are exorbitant for the poor service that he provided to me as a client. I would definitely not recommend that anyone retain Thomas Gray as his/her attorney.
