One of my clients is a corporation which owns several Hospitals in Los Angeles County. It needed to Petition Specialty RNs for its facilities. We filed several H-1B cases for Specialty RNs. The USCIS s ... ent out a very long and difficult list of requested evidence. We just received the Notice of Approval a few days ago!
