I’m a Bilingual Licensed Attorney in the state of Connecticut and New York, specializing in immigration law.
Most of my practice consists of representing clients in affirmative and removal cases. The majority of these cases are Provisional Waivers, Fraud waivers, Family-Based Petitions, Consular Processing, Visa Extensions, Changes of Status, Defensive and Affirmative Asylum, marriage-based Adjustment of Status, TPS, J1 waivers, Replacement of Green Cards, DACA, Removal of Conditions on Green Cards, Naturalization, FOIA, Military Parole and Cancellation of Removal.
I’m a current member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Dominican Bar Association (DBA).
