Unprofessional and Unethical!

I hired the Firm Statewide Law, for a workers comp case with this Lawyer. Michael Ghaemi about three years ago. After going to therapy and seeing their doctors also calling several times to find out how my case was going. I finally get a call from Mr. Ghaemi, and he gives me a settlement amount ...which I rejected because of my injuries, my age and not being able to work again. He responded by saying I can't talk with you! Then he asked me are you a US citizen or do you have papers? In disbelief I respond what does that have to do with my case? And he hangs up on me! Tell me is this professional and Ethical!!
