Biography
I am an experienced trial attorney with more than 23 years of legal experience. I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and started my legal career as a tax lawyer for Arthur Andersen doing tax planning for High Net Worth individuals. I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker and hold a patent for an online mortgage processing system.
Many of my cases involve complex financial and legal issues, including those where domestic violence allegations have caused an interplay between the family law court and a criminal proceeding.
My unique background offers me the perspective to identify opportunities that are not readily apparent to other attorneys. That is why other attorney's regularly retain me as associate counsel to handle litigation matters on issues related to criminal defense, family law and real estate.
I also act as a private fiduciary/trustee for High Net Worth clients who require real estate and asset management services.
