The general rule is that an at will employee can be terminated for any reason of no reason at all so long as the reason is not an illegal reason...

I agree with Mr. Wagner. In addition, comments about him being a woman may be construed to be sexual harassment or sexual orientation harassment.
Can an employer withhold a copy of my job description as it is today? it has changed significantly since i took the position.
