I wish I could say he did something right. I had a case against UCLA he hired an expert from MedQuest but he never did his due diligence to find out anything about him. The Dentist graduated from UCLA so of course he gave me a negative report he wasn’t going to betray his Alma Mater. Because Mr. Safa...ie waits till the last minute for everything and doesn’t make himself available in a crisis to fix the problem my case was dismissed. All he had to do was call MedQuest and they would’ve worked with him in providing another expert witness. But Mr. Safaie refused to do that he just sat by while my case was dismissed.
