Bill Hart is the managing partner of Hart King, and is the client relationship partner for the firm’s Manufactured Housing Community practice group. He has a national AV® Preeminent™ rating of 5.0 out of 5. Since 1982, Bill has been an advocate for his clients from pre-litigation negotiation through trial and appeal from judgment. He represents clients in the prosecution and defense of a broad range of business, commercial and real estate disputes, including breach of contract, insurance coverage, landlord/tenant, product liability, trade secret and unfair competition, broker commission disputes, construction defects, and probate litigation. Bill represents companies from a diverse range of industries, including residential and commercial property developers and managers, high-tech manufacturers, insurance marketing organizations, financial institutions, independent dealers and distributors, and corporate and partnership interests of all types. He has also been retained as an expert witness and consultant by other attorneys in support of their Superior Court litigation.
