C. William Dahlin

C. William “Bill” Dahlin is a real property attorney who focuses his practice on litigation and strategic decision making for his clients. His passion for over 25 years has been to assist real property owners and investors in all facets of being an owner of real property.

Many of Bill’s clients are owners of mobilehome parks and manufactured housing communities, and a good portion of his practice involves not only the purchase and sale of real property, but change of use applications, such as closures and subdivisions, failure to maintain, property rights and rent control. He assists owners navigate the complexities of rent control regulations and the constitutional issues that arise out of such regulations. Bill helps his clients resolve disputes which arise out of long-term ground leases, with a specific emphasis on how these leases impact mobilehome park operations. A true advocate—Bill has traveled to Sacramento to testify on issues that affect his clients in the manufactured housing industry, and has handled significant property rights cases on behalf of community and park owners throughout California.
