Patricia Joy Grace

I do not recommend at attorney Patricia Grace for several reasons. she over charge you with unncessary hours with I disagree. She is not knowledgeable as she claimed. the Judge sanctioned me because she did not file proper court documents. I wasted over $10k and have to hire an ather attorney to... replace attorney Grace. Avoid her.

When I scheduled my consultation I clearly stated that I only had 30 days to file a lawsuit and I asked if Ms Grace's schedule could accommodate the short deadline. Her assistant "couldn't" answer. When I arrived, I was asked to pay $350.00 prior to meetings Ms Grace. I asked again, does she have tim...e in her schedule? The deadline is now 29 days. The assistant said only the attorney would know. Reluctantly, I paid in cash only to have the attorney snap loudly, "I don't have time to do this!" In less than 5 minutes the consult was over and my money gone. Very unethical and rude. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

Lawyer could not defend a simple statue regarding payment being made from the Defendant. Not only did I find the information of the statue and give it to Mrs. Grace, she was not prepared to communicate the statue to the Court. Because a lawyer is highered to present the information to the Court I h...ave no alternative to rate her poor.
