As a military veteran Jules assists active duty members, reservists, guardsmen, retirees, and fellow veterans to obtain their employment rights and VA benefits.

As a former General Counsel for several California based corporations, Jules delivers quality results in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Jules is available to help you win and perform Federal grants and contracts. In addition to his law degree, Jules earned an advanced degree in Government Procurement Law and applied that knowledge as an in-house lawyer for a major aerospace contractor. As a former attorney for the Office of Naval Research, one of the major grantors within the United States Government, Jules can help you submit winning grant applications and admiminister your grants in accordance with government requirements.
