Coming from a family of attorneys who died with elder abuse and fraud connected to their deaths and estates, I have been beside myself dealing with corrupt and incompetent lawyers in the last several years. Out of the hundreds that I have connected with, I can usually tell in a matter of minutes what... they are about, especially since I have a degree in psychology which helps me read people a little bit better. Joel has given me endless hours of free help and is the most compassionate, competent, caring attorney I have found since dealing with the probate nightmare you hear about too often with lawyers contributing to the abuse of seniors out of greed.
