Biography
I began my legal career as a banking and commercial litigation attorney, representing various well-known financial institutions in a broad range of general business and litigation matters including lending, employment and commercial code issues, fraudulent transfers of property, foreclosures, receiverships, real estate closings and creditors rights in bankruptcy. I also have experience in real estate development, property appraisal review, construction defect litigation and insurance coverage disputes.
I am now enjoying a rewarding position as Assistant General Counsel for RoboDocs, an internet based loan document preparation service. At RoboDocs, we consult with clients and prepare loan documents for commercial and multifamily real estate loans and loan modifications, as well as residential mortgage loan modification documents.
