Jan Mark Dudman

I choose Mr. Dudman, against my will, because my mother decided for me. I had a very bad experience w/ Callahan&Blaine in Santa Ana. I was terrified to try again. I met w/several other attorneys & all wouldn't take my case, so to my surprise Mr. Dudman said he would & felt good about taking it, I was... hesitant. The very 1st court date, he continued the case. I left the court cursing & wanted to slap him!! My mother stayed behind talking w/him as I ran crying. It was regarding CPS case. My girls are the world to me & I truly felt I was going to loose them forever. The following court date Mr. Dudman hit hard & we were in trial several days. I was soo impressed & when we left court not only did I win, I got everything I wanted!! When leaving court, my mother said give me an invoice I don't want you to wait 1 minute for your well earned money. The next several years I also used him for other custody cases regarding my eldest daughter, again winning over & over. I recently recommended him to my then boyfriend, now husband, for his divorce. I coached my boyfriend on what Mr. Dudman likes and his strategies. During the very long fight, we finished the divorce & custody a little longer, which is normal. We won custody hands down, again VICTORY!!!!! The entire staff is soo friendly, helpful & truly now our family. We love them & will recommend him hands down. He's an excellent choice.
