I hired Marc in a panic. I needed an expungement, but wanted it completed as soon as possible for an upcoming job application. Well..... I was in a quandary and Marc Rozenberg saved the day. It started with me driving to North Court in Fullerton to pay a ticket for my daughter who had an open beer in public. My daughter received a “minor in possession” of alcohol ticket, she is nineteen.   We were having one beer each before... going into the stadium to watch a race.  I really didn’t think too much about the ticket at that time. I thought I could just pay the fine and it would be over. This was not the case.  When I got to the courthouse I waited in the line to pay the ticket.  When I got to the counter the lady said I had to actually go into court in front of the judge with an attorney.  Failure to do this would result In a warrant for my daughters arrest.  I immediately called Marc and left him a message. After hours of going back and forth with others Marc finally had a meeting with the city attorney. Marc had my daughter's misdemeanor reduced to “disturbing the peace” an infraction.  This was a huge win for us, no points on my daughter’s license and no DNA testing.  Marc was extremely professional and handled the situation with ease.
