I had Susan helped me on a landlord/tenant case. Hired Susan is like hired a whole team of attorneys. No attorney can memorize every single line of law, especially for those Case Laws. One day during the court trial, after more facts were revealed, Susan remembered a case law that could quickly knock off a portion of my case. She called another attorney during the break and asked him to search for the details of the case law. Before the trial resumed, the details was sent to her cellphone with the case title, the year, the parties' names, and the exact wording of the part directly related to my case. By reading the portion of the case law and being able to provide the other details regarding the case law at the court, the Judge was able to verify the info right on the spot.
