I felt like she picked up the phone every time I called on the first ring and she actually called and responded when she said she would making a very stressful situation manageable and able to deal with at my own pace. She was successful in not only reducing my charges but making them drop the entire case with sound legal work and keen sense for seeing weaknesses in the charges being brought against me and exploiting the holes in the entire case resulting in a dismissal and a huge weight off my shoulders. Even after all this she still requested less than was originally agreed upon due to the result of her work making things end up swiftly resolving further driving home the themes of fair pricing for the highest quality defense you could hope to ever get if needed.
