I had kind of a complex UD case. I kept looking for the right law office to take it on. I saw Mark S. Martinez In Santa Ana CA. It has a lot of good reviews. I was paired up with attorney Mark J. Castellanet. During the case > Opposing counsel played a lot of phone tag with my attorney and it was ve...ry bothersome and stressful as weeks went by. With my efforts as a client & Mark J. Castellanet we prevailed through and he worked out my case with the *best outcome possible and the apartment complex was able to AVOID a possible 250k lawsuit filed against them for discrimination and favoritism. If in case they tried to file a UD against me for unjust reasons and false police reporting. I highly recommend attorney Mark J. Castellanet he's on point gets things done right and his office is proactive with clients. But you as a client yourself also have to put in your part to make everything happen as well !! By the way on a side note I have no idea what that bad review from that *James is cause he put the review on the wrong attorney and that's not fair so please understand when people make mistakes like he did putting bad reviews on the wrong people. I'm in level 6 Google Maps review critic (id PEOPLES VOICE ) and I see that happens sometimes. Not cool.

What a waste of time and energy. I should have known better when I saw this guy's "law office" was next to a nail salon. It was unbelievably unprofessional. I felt like I was in an episode of "Better Call Saul" when I searched for an employment lawyer in the area. After meeting with this "lawyer" I l...eft more confused about what he could or couldn't do for me in my pending employment case. My "consultation" felt like nothing more than a shake down in desperation to get me to hire him. The entire meeting he was constantly bringing up new angles not even relevant to my case to see what I might agree to in order to make him sound hirable but never explained what he would actually do for my case, he only said that I needed representation, and for that representation to be him. I already knew I needed representation which is why I called a lawyer. I only called him because he's close to my home. The best thing he did provide was the contrast between a competent and knowledgable attorney and someone trying to fake it until they make it. When I left I actually went on the State Bar website to check to see if he was an actual lawyer or was I being tricked on a hidden video show. Don't even waste your time.
