Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this attorney. Based on my personal experience, I was extremely dissatisfied with the representation I received from Mr. Franzi and his office. I had serious concerns about the handling of my case, including documents that I expected to be su...bmitted to the court. I was also very concerned about the billing process. My understanding of the retainer agreement I signed is that a client has 30 days to object to billing. However, in my experience, money was withdrawn from my account only a few days after the billing was issued. This was particularly frustrating given what I understood the written agreement to provide. I also have a court transcript containing statements made by Mr. Franzi regarding responsibility for an issue in my case. In my experience, his later position regarding responsibility was inconsistent with what I understood him to have stated on the record. One of my most serious concerns was receiving documents relating to other clients among documents connected with my matter. This made me very concerned about how confidential information was being handled. I will not identify those clients or disclose their documents publicly. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the representation, communication, billing practices, and handling of my case. I believe the way my matter was handled made an already difficult situation significantly worse. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this attorney.

I cannot express enough how much I reccommend Joseph Franzi. He handled my divorce with the utmost professionalism. He was a voice of reason and calm though an otherwise stressful situation. He is smart, dedicated and extremely responsive. He talked me through each scenario, and continued to work thr...ough my settlement agreements even when the other side was unresponsive. In court he is prepared, professional, and ready for anything the opposing side had to present. He was fairly priced for the level of work provided and left me feeling that despite going through a divorce I was starting things off as prepared and supported as possible.
