i contacted her office about an employment case and completed a lengthy questionnaire which i returned the same day. after waiting 3 weeks, i had not heard back so i recontacted the office. they had lost the questionnaire, but later found it in their file. they then asked for some supplemental inf...ormation which was immediately submitted. i waited 2 more weeks, and asked if they were going to respond. At that time, they said they were too busy to even review my documents. What a waste of time and energy.
