Biography
Kristin is a talented civil litigator who has devoted her career to protecting employee rights. She zealously represents California employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage claims.
Having previously served as an extern to the California Supreme Court and also to Federal District Court Judge, the Honorable Troy L. Nunley, Kristin has a unique understanding of the behind the scenes processes of the state and federal courts. She uses this experience to craft powerfully written briefs and persuasive oral arguments for her clients.
A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Kristin has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She earned her Juris Doctor at Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was awarded the Emery Merit Scholarship and Law Faculty Scholarship.
