John Rodney Tenery

I would never recommend Tenery or Olga. He and his assistant Olga were very nice at first but after they received payment they would communicate with me when they "got around to it". They lost all my forms, they failed to keep me informed on issues which cost me addition fees from other institutions... and failed to notify me in a timely fashion on important matters such as hearing dates. Almost every time I asked questions on the case Status or needed clarification on my case, they insisting they already had provided me with all the information and would responded with "come into the office and we could provide you the information, Again". Basically trying to make me feel like an idiot. It seems like they got less knowledgeable the more my case went on. I expected professional service but this service fell way way short. On top of this, he seemed so timid when facing the other side in the hearing. I lost all confidence in Tenery and Associates.
