Biography
I have been a practicing California attorney for almost 30 years. I received my Law Degree from Western State University College of Law in 1990 and passed the California Bar Exam the same year. I was sworn in as an Attorney at Law on December 4, 1990. I began handling California Lemon Law cases in 1991 and have handled thousands of California Lemon Law cases since then. I have successufully resolved approximately 99% of the Lemon Law cases I have taken. I am an experienced trial attorney having tried several California Lemon Law cases to verdict in both jury and court trials. I take cases on an hourly contingency basis and advance court costs on most cases. If a case I take does not settle, or if it is not won at trial, I do not get paid. I provide free consultations by phone or in person at my office. My physical office is located in Mission Viejo, California but I take Lemon Law cases in all of Calfiornia. I am always avaialble to answer questions or concerns of my clients and am honored when I am allowed to represent a client.
