Christopher Gipe

Christopher Gipe is the founder of Gipe Law, P.C., a boutique estate planning and probate firm based in Mission Viejo, California. He serves clients throughout Southern California, with a strong presence in Orange County communities including San Clemente, Dana Point, Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, San Juan Capistrano, and Laguna Niguel.

Mr. Gipe is known for delivering thoughtful, personalized estate plans that go beyond documents—focusing on practical solutions that integrate legal, financial, and real-world considerations. His approach emphasizes clarity, family harmony, and long-term security, helping clients protect what they’ve built and ensure their wishes are honored.

His practice includes estate planning, trust and probate administration, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. He also advises trustees, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries in navigating complex post-death legal processes with empathy and efficiency.

Mr. Gipe earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, and his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, where he served as president of the Honors Moot Court and was recognized on the Dean’s List. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2017.

Before founding his own firm, Mr. Gipe worked as an associate at a prominent law firm in Long Beach. Drawing on that experience, he built Gipe Law to offer not only sound legal advice but an elevated client experience rooted in responsiveness, education, and transparency.

Mr. Gipe has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year from 2022 through 2026, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in California. He was also recognized in the 6th Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Trusts & Estates.

He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the California Lawyers Association.
