Public Defender Juvenile Court 388 hearing

My son was put up for adoption unjustly . He did OK but not good enough in intervening in a 388 hearing in Juvenile Court . It was perhaps a losing battle from day one but he could have interjected more when my son was on the line. This was 2001 and he got put on case late after most of damage done. ... The fact was the child was bringing in money for the state and Janice Doesey an adoption attorney went to State Prison .and lost her license.due to her involvement in these adoptions. She was judge protem in juvenile court and worked with the Judge on the case Judge Andler. Doesey was hired to have my son placed with my ex husband. It was evident that the outcome was predetermined before Mr. Aufill was involved . He tried as best he could when the cards were stacked and crooked . He was honest .that's more than I can say about any of the other attorney's involved in this case. with some more experience he would have been more effective . considering Juvenile court is a joke when it comes to practicing law.i suppose he did OK but this was not his expertise and it showed. Bottom line a criminal lawyer would have been more appropriate because these adoptions were done without sufficient cause , and perhaps the most top notch experienced attorney couldn't prevail in a kangaroo court, My son is a victim and the court failed horribly in letting this happen. So perhaps if the docs hadn't been shoved under my nose to sign my rights away (Nick Thompson) and the next attorney Nolan hadn't told me to go to South Court for a hearing when the juvenile court was preceding with a six month review which I was deliberately steered away from ...all the payoffs and deals were done prior to Mr. Aufill . He did OK considering it was like walking into a minefield of deceit , lies, bribes, peanut eating lawyers,Cara Bender included... laughing and with no eithical responsibilities. With all the set up deals , Nick Thompson selling me out...for career advancement in exchange for waiver to my rights giving up my son as a ward of the court....to satisfy county counsel in order for their getting the adoption incentive monies form the federal govt. In light of the fact that Nick Thompson is now Superior Court Judge (Fullerton) Larry held up as best he could being innocent and just tried to do his job.
