Michael Alan Corfield

Mike Corfield has over 20 years of experience handling significant business litigation and transactions in Southern California’s core industries. He combines his substantive experience with the unique ability to communicate effectively with both the seasoned professional and the start-up entrepreneur, providing each with successful money saving solutions to business and legal challenges. Mike serves as outside general counsel to several companies in industries ranging from real estate development to action sports and entertainment.

Mike graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1988, where he served as Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration with emphasis in finance from California State University, Fullerton. Mike has served on the Boards of Directors of the Orange County YMCA (where he remains a member of the Legal Committee), the Rabbit Kekai Foundation and Surfzone Relief.
