Cheryl Walsh is an incredible human being. As an attorney, she gave above and beyond to our case. She went to the extra effort to learn about our daughter's extremely rare disease, and as a result, was able to represent her and us extremely effectively in a legal system that's really set up for the "...average." No words to express my gratitude to Ms. Walsh. Court hearings and trials never have a certain outcome; however Ms. Walsh’s competitive nature, along with her analytical ability are only some of her assets. For every negative thrown at her, I would have expected a rebuttal tossed back, but to my amaz...ement, she not only countered them with that, but led the conversation down a predetermined path, leading them where she wanted. Persuasiveness and thought provoking guidance had the decision maker looking to her for direction in a very complicated case. She does this in a conversational way that may seem subtle to many, however if you truly watch her, you will witness her brilliance.
