Adopting a child is a joyous occasion, but can come with a myriad of legal matters that must be resolved. We will provide you guidance and work to make the growing of your family an exciting and painless event.

In matters where there is a dispute as to which parent will care for the children, I seek to assist our clients in achieving a parenting plan which will achieve my clients' wishes and will be in the best interests of the children.

It is the requirement of both parties to provide for the support and maintenance for the minor children. We assist our clients in determining the appropriate amount of support payable by the high earner to the other parent.

Divorce and Separation 10%

Our office guides our clients through each step of the divorce process, including military divorces. We understand that no two marriages are the same, and therefore come up with a plan to meet the individual needs of each client’s case.

Domestic Violence 10%

There are some matters in which one spouse has been abusive and other matters in which someone has been wrongly accused of abuse. Our office assists clients in determining the true facts of these sensitive matters.

There are times that parents are unable to raise their children. This may be due to the death of the parents, drug addition, imprisonment, etc. In those circumstances, it is far better for the children to be cared for by a family member.

Our office can help you protect your assets and avoid any future disagreement in regards to your finances, estate, or property. We can help with arranging either prenuptial or postnuptial agreements, and will work to ensure both parties are happy.

Uncontested Divorce 10%

Mediation is when two parties jointly hire a neutral third party to assist them in coming up with an amicable resolution to a divorce, custody, or support action, without needing to come in front of the courts.
