In a bankruptcy, if assets were transfer within the last 2 years, can the transactions be reversed by the trustee or the court?

If there was no consideration for the transfer, this could be considered a preferential transfer and avoided by the trustee.

In Bk chp 7 there will be NO order requiring anyone to pay the HELOC.
Your divorce attorney should be the one to handle this in divorce court.

If the basis of the eviction is that they are not paying rent, you must serve a pay or quit notice.
