Your best bet is to hire an attorney to vacate the judgment based upon improper service and lack of due process.

More likely than not, yes. As a single person LLC the creditor is relying on your personal credit not on the credit of the company.

It seems that you are too little, too late. My best guess is that they will take
a judgment for the full amount.

If there is no agreement to pay interest, the State Bar will frown on his charging interest.

You should try and respond. If not, they will get a judgment and look for assets to levy on, including a garnishment.

The Fair Debt Collection Act prohibit making threats like this, unless that is really their intention.

You should be as detailed as possible, especially regarding items with a value over $200.

Do not ignore.... you need to file a response and claim your homestead exemption.
