There is very little you can do. The HS has a right to have its football games and the noise that is a normal part of this sport can not be enjoined.

The practical solution is to contact the owner. The tenants will likely ignore you and it is not worth the time or money to engage in litigation...

If the city issued the citation, you can either fight it or simply pay. No doubt the simple solution is to pay and not let this happen again.

From your explanation, it sounds as if the home was sold on 8/31 as a result of a ruling on 8/10. If so, there may still be time to file an appeal....

If you were married at the time the only way to resolve this is to pay it. If you were not married, then you can file a complaint to quiet title.
