I needed an attorney in California to pursue XXXXX who failed to provide XXXXX that our company paid for. John Roth was recommended to me by another attorney I had used for personal matters. I retained John on 2015 and am very happy that I did. We agreed on a fixed retainer to provide services up to... a certain conclusion in the matter and then subsequently agreed on a fixed amount to pursue additional legal remedies above and beyond the initial successful venture on our court filings. John provided me updates along the way on what he was doing, why he was doing it and why the timing was critical in the matter. The XXXX we were pursuing was very evasive through the process but John was very diligent through the process and was able to get the XXXX into a no win situation. I read the transcripts of the depositions and frankly, am glad I had John on my side and would not want to have been on the other side of the table. We didn’t have a lot of hope expecting to get a financial settlement out of this – we just wanted to make a stand – but, both objectives were accomplished!
