I have nothing but accolades for Sheila Stiles. Sheila handled my divorce arbitration in 2013. Let's face it, family law litigation sucks. It can be fraught with emotion and stress. There are also a lot of disingenuous family law lawyers out there who will say anything to get you to fork over a retainer and then bill you to no end while turning your file with little to no results. Sheila at... BWBO is excellent. She provides great counseling and advice based upon thorough research. I've never seen such meticulous and organized representation. Unfortunately for me my X keeps taking me back to court so I have seen the inside of a courtroom on many occasions with Sheila. I will say this - she is always better prepared than opposing counsel and we have prevailed more often than not. Good representation is not cheap though so be prepared to spend a little more. However, cheap representation usually isn't very good so keep that in mind while shopping around. What you typically get with more expensive lawyers is incredible efficiency though so the higher rate may not necessarily translate into more money in the long run. The best advice I would give is to avoid going to court if at all possible and try hard to settle. If you have to go to court though, take Sheila with you...
