Attorney Randall S Waier

Randall handled several cases before which dealt with matters from civil rights violations where Auto Sales Corporation visited by his clients resulted in a purchase transaction of a late model vehicle. Client had purchased a new Cadillac SLS coupe & visited enterprise to purchase an additional ve...hicle . At encouragement of Sales personnel client Was convinced to trade his newly acquired sports coupe with very low miles , in exchange for new Sedan model a year newer but with 30,000 miles and a slight value difference between the two vehicles agreed upon Transaction was completed after thorough inspection o about two days . In the following days That dealership having remorse of sale , under false pretenses summoned the owners wife to dealership stating the dealership had just received a new auto of same make and model but with fewer miles and in the color which purchasers wife had preferred. However shortly after arriving , the wife and her young daughter having been fraudulently lured there, by dealership’s employees , Stole the keys to the vehicle and drove it to an unknown location , And proceeded to separate the mother and young daughter placing them in separate rooms after having confiscated the auto which had been purchased days prior . Wife under great duress and highly stressed contacted her husband at work , expressing that their young child was taken from her and they had stolen the car from her. He contacted Attorney Randall S Waier , took off work ,went to business with Police having been advised by attorney to do so , to the dealership where , facts were found to be and described . The mother and daughter having been falsely imprisoned were ordered to be released and their property returned to them. A civil Lawsuit was filed and ensued, as a result of profession attorney ,Randall S Waier’s quick actions with consulting his client. Clients prevailed in Civil Matter., receiving damages as well the return of the legally purchased vehicle. Dealership having inspected the sports car and been satisfied , and having conducted transaction was not entitled to recall the sell as no cooling off period exists to either party. The purchased auto was returned and the young grade school child and her mother were reunited shortly after client arrived with police to the business.
