Peter Parrish Hardin

With a career spanning military service, federal prosecution, and elite private practice, Peter Hardin leverages nearly 20 years of litigation experience to protect his clients’ rights and freedom. After earning his J.D. from The George Washington University, he served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he rose to the rank of Captain, prosecuted courts-martial and administrative hearings, managed the largest Marine Corps prosecution office, and deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Transitioning to civilian life in 2013, Peter tried criminal cases as a Deputy District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California. Peter has prosecuted and defended hundreds of cases, including those involving financial fraud, money laundering, theft, narcotics, cybersecurity, firearms, healthcare law violations, healthcare law violations, illegal pornography, driving offenses and student misconduct. Peter defends clients in investigations and prosecutions conducted by the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and local law enforcement agencies.
