Morgan Ryan Levanger

I had met with several attorneys before I went in to see Morgan Levanger and Graham Kirkman at Nelson Kirkman. Here I will share my experience with Morgan, and I will write about Graham on his page. I decided to interview a number of attorneys before deciding on who I wanted to represent me in my div...orce. I was divorcing my wife after 14 years of marriage, and I decided to hire an attorney after 15 months of mediation had failed to bring she and I closer to a settlement. I do not think her attorney was hoping for resolution either -- just more battle, which means more money for her. So, under these circumstances, I needed an experienced, conscientious, honest, and super smart attorney, someone who could outsmart psychologically my wife and her attorney so that their game could finally end. This attorney is Morgan Levanger. Morgan was tremendously efficient. He got back to me quickly when I needed to talk. He responded to my questions -- all my questions -- in a clear and thorough way, such that I always felt properly informed so that I could make initiated decisions. I never felt anxious or disempowered by my lack of knowledge because he was so conscientious and straightforward. I often didn't want to hear what he had to say -- about how my wife could drag things on this or that way, but he told me. He would brainstorm with me, including me in the logic behind his suggestions. He and Graham would discuss the situation together, and they invariably came up with the best way to handle everything my wife threw our way, no matter how mean or absurd. Sometimes Paul Nelson would get into the conversation with them too. Nelson Kirkman is truly a team, so when you hire one of their attorneys, you are really hiring them all.
