If you are working part time and don't have any assets, you probably can't hire an attorney. You can try to negotiate with the insurance company...

Contact an insurance bad faith attorney to investigate the claim.
Bought box of whoppers and I ate some. It tasted like I was eating a cigarette. Is hershey liable for any medical fees ,etc?
